  : The rooms facing the lake have a splendid view, especially at sunset. The hotel is conveniently located on the town's main street and has a discreet parking lot. Breakfast was good (except on the first day when they ran out of bread).
  : The rooms are quite spacious but lack a number of facilities which are essential such as charging points. A minor investment in replacing the current sockets with one which also have USB ports will do the trick. I cannot understand why one needs to buy a cap to go to the pool,

  : The staff were nice and friendly, and the location and the view were fantastic. The bathroom seemed to have been redecorated recently with lots of marble and new fittings. The room was comfortable and the balcony afforded a lovely view of the lake. There are lots of nice places to eat withing a minute or two's walk. We asked for a late checkout, and they were very happy to let us stay in our room until just before the chamber-maids finished work. The breakfasts were pretty good, with plentiful coffee, juice, bread, pastries and cheese and cold meats.
  : None of these are reasons not to stay, but just an FYI for the hotel and any potential visitors ..... The bathroom door opened inwards and bashed loudly into the bidet. There was a feeble pad stuck to the door, but the only thing that properly cured it was hanging a towel over the side of bidet. The staff warned us about insects swarming on the balcony at night and they were not exaggerating. They looked a bit gnat/mosquito although they didn't seem to bite. There were hundreds of them though, so one had to be very quick with the door when going out on the balcony. There is quite a bit of noise until quite late at night if you are out on the balcony (but not audible in the room). It might have been the time of year, but there were quite a few coach parties staying. Most of the time they were not at all intrusive, but if you happened to want to get to your room when one of them had turned up, there was quite a bit of congestion around the lift!
