  : We spent only one night in the hotel, but our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and we appreciated the included breakfast. The room for 4 was a bit small, but for one night stay ok.It was well airconditioned.

  : The room and the bath room were very clean and nice with comfy beds. The pool was clean as well and the temperature of water was nice. We could stay as much as possible in the pool. The kids enjoyed playing there.

  : Kind staff, excellent breakfast and a huge private parking lot near the shores of Lake Trasimeno. I stayed overnight on my way from northern Italy to Rome, and had a pleasant stay. The nearby town of Passignano offers plenty of restaurants and cafes even in the winter-time and many other services like serlf-service laundry (if you happen to need it).
  : There are train tracks behind the hotel at which high-speed trains go pass and they are quite loud, but luckily the last ones pass the hotel at 22:00 so at least they're not bothering you during the night. The room was tidy and clean, but the hotel and the rooms are starting to show their age. :)
