  : The rooms were very clean and location was good.
  : The were building works ongoing directly above the bedroom, we could not sleep or rest in the room or the dining area at all! There were two heavy drilling works going on, the noise felt as though it was inside the room! We checked in around 12.30 and there was no way to rest in the room late at night. The following morning the drilling woke us up at 7am so we could not even sleep properly or enjoy the facilities of the room and guest house. It was infuriating. I understand the owner may not have control over this but atleast being conscious and providing some ear plugs to help would have been great. We were hoping to have a restful night before a long overnight journey the following day and it was impossible!!

  : Not recommended at all. Spent 2 sleepless nights. Day 1 loud water pumps running in the courtyard all night long. First reaction of host "those are not ours". Mattresses badly sagged (all 4 in this room). Got downgraded from room category (30qm Deluxe Studio Garibaldi to 18qm Dante room) but still had to pay full price (although the room was offered cheaper on Booking). No sleep on day 2 either. Mattress is a disaster. Anonymous Whatsapp communication despite several complaints and request for personal conversation. Reffered to the cleaning lady who spoke no English. Host only talking of reviews of others guests who were "so great" and that the BnB is a "new baby". Useless lighting effects in the bath should compensate for everything. How it works was explained 1 hr before leaving. Only cost, not customer-oriented. Host does not want to understand the problems. Left us driving with a really bad feeling, sleepless and exhausted. No good bye, no sorry. Money is gone too. Never again.

  : Lot of noice in the morning due to works outside but also due to the fact that the room is close to the breakfast room.The room was not luminious.

  : Perfectly central and easy to reach however parking was not the easiest and there was a lot of noise coming from downstairs on a Saturday night.Our neighbours were taking a shower at 1 am and the drainage would make a very loud noise in our room.

  : The location is great, close to the station and also close to the main sights in Palermo. Bars and restaurants were also very close which made it very easy to enjoy the nightlife.
  : There was some noise from the pipes, we could hear this when someone was taking a shower. There was some noise from the street, but I am generally very happy with the room we had.

  : The location is perfect! Right in the old center. Bars and restaurants are just around the corner.
  : The host does not speak very good English, however, she tries to help where she can!
