  : Close to the city center. Good and close parking garage recommend by the host. Great and close by restaurant - SIKULO (very good breakfast and lunch).
  : Being in the city center it's definitely nice and convenient, however, the traffic was crazy(as a pedestrian too) and all the smoke exhaustion was inside the room. Lastly, the bathroom was a bit smelly since the electric ventilation was not enough.

  : The location was good, and the room was as pictured. Cleanliness was satisfactory and we were able to have a decent night sleep at the property.
  : 1. I have never before at a hotel/BnB been asked by the staff to leave my room before the stated check-out time. Over an hour before the check out time, the staff (I believe she was the cleaner) asked us multiple times to check out of our room so that she could proceed with cleaning it as we were going to check out later that morning. However, we had plans in the morning and planned to return to our room (and then check out before the official check out time). However, as we were not ready to check out when she wanted us to leave, this lead her to be quite aggravated with us. If the property wants their guests to check out earlier, I suggest they make their check out time earlier... 2. When we arrived, we found out there was no wifi available (even though it says free wifi on the property page), and the host was not able to offer any alternative even though we needed wifi... This lack of wifi should have been flagged to us before we arrived. 3. The paid parking near the property is 25 euros for 24 hours. The property owner says it is 15 euros, but it is not and the parking attendant informed us that the property owner is aware of the higher price but continues to tell people it is less... Be expected to pay 25! 4. We had some difficulty checking into the property as there had been a mix up with our keys and the property had apparently left them in the wrong spot so we could not find them for a while (as you are expected to check yourself into your room). Even though we were able to find them eventually, the property owner was not very apologetic for this even though it was their fault.

  : The street is kind of quit and the area is well of. In the proximity there is some limited free parking (white lines). The city centre is a 25 minutes walk so not too bad. I guess couple of nights is the most you can concede here.
  : The rooms are on the raised ground floor so windows cannot be really opened. The place is in a residential building with a run-down entrance hall. The room was very small. I'm not sure is good value for money.

  : The rooms are not sound proof so we could hear someone snore from the room next to us We could not (or not figure out how) to close the shutters so might not be great if you are a dark sleeper
