  : Everything was great! The rooms are located near the center, so it practically combines ease of access, relatively easy parking. The rooms are modern and clean! Nadia, the hostess, is very helpful and will suggest nice destinations to visit!

  : Room was spacious, clean, well appointed and well decorated.
  : Room 4 gets noise from the busy street below at all hours. Windows are not well insulated to block the noise. This is a room in shared accommodations. Since unstaffed, security depends on other guests properly locking the front entrance.

  : The two hosts/owners who greeted me were unable to answer some basic questions about how the property was described on Booking and referred me to the site for answers. It seemed odd that the authors of the lodging description couldn't answer the queries. It is not a "bed and breakfast" as listed. There are beds but no breakfast! For truth in advertising: Suites is in a noisy location at a roundabout servicing multiple bus and motorcycle routes. The soundproofing is not effective. The minibar consists of 1 small bottle of water and the air conditioner leaked. It took the host 10 minutes to explain the intricacies of how to operate the multiple locks to enter the property and individual rooms. The main issue was security as the other guests didn't lock the main door to the suites. A push on the main door and it opened. There is no reception so guests must depend upon one another for security during their stay.

  : The room was excellent - large, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, just steps away from the Piazza Ruggero Settimo (where there is a convenient stop for the Palermo airport shuttle) and walking distance from the historical center of Palermo. Nadia was a wonderful host, giving us lots of information about the city and answering all our questions.
  : The only thing to note is that the room is next to a busy roundabout, so some street noise is to be expected. On the other hand, the sound proofing between the rooms is quite good, as we did not hear the other guests.
