  : I liked how Carmen showed me on the map all the things to see in the city, and restaurants to go to, even though she never showed me the room.
  : Leaving aside the location which is not their fault if the street is full of dirt (honestly on google maps looks better than how it is). They write that they offer express check in and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive and complete the check in. They pride themselves on offering the option of breakfast in the room and fruit and the only thing there was for breakfast was coffee in capsules. The pictures that they have do not reflect the reality of the room in the least, I was in a room with windows overlooking the internal courtyard that it was better not to open them. The bathroom with mold and the shower with rust. I just wondering the people who rated this place as Superb if they stayed in the same place, or a different one because my stay was everything but superb. Absolutely to be avoided, especially at that price.

  : The room was clean.
  : I was not sure where the breakfast was. I waited at the second part of the hotel. I had to reach the personnel through the Whatsapp to see if the breakfast is really happening. But eventually I got tot he second suite and the breakfast was great. I arrived later at night, the driver from the airport was 40 minutes late, but gave me a discount. The room was clean but windows led to a messy inner block which was partly adventurous and partly scary.

  : Over all! The times with a 9 rating are over. 86 Euro for one person is to much for such bad room conditions.1. Room door of IPPOCAMPO is hanging on the floor and blocking2. Door has a hole next to the key hole.3. Condition is very bad and the laminat is very often destroyed4. Room needs every paint on the walls5. Climate remote control for the air conditioner is defect and dirty.6. The remote control battery for the air conditioner was empty and the air conditioner was not working because of the batteries.7. Toilet seat was defect.8. One light in the bathroom was defect.9. Shower tube is defect and oxidated10. There was no hook for the towel near the bathroom sink.11. The tiling are defeft.12. The paint of shower tray is cracking.13. The front door area direct in front of the door is not clean!14. The shower heads need descaling....
