  : 10/10 on the bathroom size and amenities. Never stayed in a place with a bathroom as big as this one. Nice size bedroom. Amazing breakfast
  : Although parking is available everywhere, location is not the best

  : Nothing. The Place is located in a very Bad area. it is Over priced. I had to wait at the entrance of the Hotel More Than an hour as the room was Not ready to be used. There was no one there. After an Hour a Friend of the owner came to the Place and started doing pictures of ny Personal documents. I talked by telephone to the owner and he did Not apologista for what has Happened and he instead Shouted me by phone. After this terrible experience I decided Not to stay there. i asked a total refund or Part of it, but the owner did Not gave ne a Solution. I Trusted in the good comments However do Not Trust them They are Fake. Hope it helps to you if you Plan to stay in Palermo to be careful with this Fake Hotels.

  : The room was an ok size and breakfast was good
  : The neighbourhood was not a good one. There was no parking as advertised

  : No insulation between the rooms and the breakfast area. Impossible to not be woken up at 07:15 once they start preparing the breakfast. Issues with the hot water in the rooms, which the staff knew about and tried to hide. Had to contact the staff every time we tried to take a shower to get hot water for more than 1 minute. Sheets on the bed in both rooms was stained and looked like they had not been cleaned properly in a long time.Parking outside in the streets is free but the space is very limited and a free spot is hard to find.
