  : The room was clean and offered enough space for two people. The exterior bathroom was pretty big as well. Taking the price into consideration, it was a pretty good deal. Our hosts were also pretty kind.
  : The whole accomadation had a shared student apartment vibe. Was not really what we were looking for as a couple but could be a good options for groups of friends.

  : there is no water kettle in the kitchen and a dirty kitchen rag on the stove. windows in the kitchen was not washed

  : We arrived at the evening and we were a little scared because of the old building and the old elevator. Maybe if there was reception, it would be better. But finally everything was okay.

  : Location: One can hardly find a better one. Almost on the border between the old and the new part of Palermo, it means short walking distance (10 - 40 minutes) to almost all of the main attractions and evening life, while living far from the XVIIIth century or older houses with ruined yards, bad air in the narrow streets etc. Also the Piazza Politeama is a center of the social life of the modern Palermo, and luckily only the far part of it is engaged in traffic, a good part has greenery. Socially a safe and quiet district, despite intensiv social life which however includes mostly families and youth, but the quiet ones. Could only think of Via Roma as an alternative, but much worse because of noise, air and traffic. Reminds those parts of Paris which has been modernized by Baron Hausmann. Main pedestrian street 5 minutes walk.Bus from Central Station / busterminal stops 100 m from here, bus to the beach also.Piazza Independenze (bus for Monreale) - 30 minutes walk, markets: in Capo 10 m., in Albergheria 40 m., Capella Palatina and Cathedral - 30 m., Serpotta`s oratories - 20 m. to Santa Cita, 35 til San Lorenzo; Quatro Canti with Martorana og S. Caterina - 20 m., Museo Regionale - 40 m., Casa Professa 35 m., Carmine 40 m., S. Augustin, S. Ignazio - 15 m., Immaculata 20 m., Vucchiria 35 m.A solid HOUSE from ca. 1910, with lift, clean and spacy appartment.Staff was available always when needed and react immediately. We got new pots and frying pan in 15 minutes.Kitchen was after this intervention sufficiently equipped, but if there are more than 2 rooms using it, it is not enough. During our stay only 2 families including us, so it was good.Rom was comfortable, we had a big one with a balcony, a really relaxing place for 2 weeks.Washing - in October it was dry after 1 day, very easy,Big common dining / sitting area, separate from Kitchen.Perfect WiFiSupermarket COOP just in the same yard, has everything you need.
  : Sometimes was cleaning late by a day or 2. The shower cabinet was working luckily, but the shower pipe leaked after one guest has damaged it - no way to repair better. And water stood each day higher there before it eventually went down 10 minutes after you finished. If all rooms are full, there could be a queue to the bathroom/toalett - there are 2 for 4 rooms. When we were there - no problem.
