  : The location was very close to the old city, 2 min by foot. The hosts were amazing, checking with us via WhatsApp and the Booking app if we need anything. Complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival and cold water. The hot tub was great, very relaxing after a day of walking.
  : There were no large towels in the room, i think it will be a bood idea to have these going forward, especially with the hot tub.There was no shower door and that led to a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

  : We only stayed for one night, but the accommodation was perfect for our short stay. The location is excellent for accessing the historic centre of Palermo, with Via Maqueda a couple of minute's walk away. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, clean bathroom, and a small outside space with table and chairs. The room has a hot tub in the centre of the room, which is nice if you like that sort of thing. All in all it's a nicely designed room, with emphasis on lighting and water as the name of the property suggests. The owner was friendly and helpful. There's a common room where food and drinks are available at all times, not just for breakfast. As our stay was short we didn't use it.
  : The property is an apartment in a well-built building which has been converted into a 3 room accommodation. As such, it is well insulated from exterior sounds. Sounds from the other rooms are a different matter, with internal soundproofing not being as good. There was a period of 3 minutes or so during our stay when we were blasted with sounds from the room next door as the occupants , so far as we could tell, bumped up the volume on the TV in a vain attempt to cover up the noise they were making in the hot tub. The next hour they spent on phone calls and every word carried. The TV remained on full volume. Thankfully it was a one-off.

  : The fact you hear everything in the other rooms and everything in the street.

  : Exceptionally clean, stylish, modern design, room well planned & thought out for the short stay traveller, in the heart of Palermo city.
  : Dont expect anything than a poor breakfast, but you dont come to Palermo to have breakfast in your room so that really is not a problem & should not put you off booking this accommodation.

  : Really central location, close to Via Maqueda (one of the main intersecting streets of Palermo), and we loved the tub!
  : It's really difficult to park, and the cost of parking in a private garage is high.
