  : This property was advertised as having free airport shuttle, I requested this on booking, but when we got there to collect the keys, the owner had no knowledge of a free airport shuttle they operate. We then paid for a taxi which cost almost as much as the nights accommodation

  : The decor was great, it was awesome to have a balcony and the location was perfect. The WiFi was good, apartment had a washing machine, iron clothing dryer and fully fitted kitchen with microwave and oven. Bed was really comfortable. There was an issue with the sink but staff were helpful and organised for it to be fixed quickly.
  : The check in was slightly challenging as we had to pick up the keys from another address (it was close by) where no one answered the door. I was not told the flat number or even the floor so it took me walking up and checking for some sort of signs until we figured it out. The main issue with the apartment was cleanliness. Floor was dirty in the entire property and kitchen was not cleaned properly. Brooms and cleaning equipment was left on the balcony. Sink and shower needed a limescale clean. Couch was covered with cover which had sugar on it, there were scuff marks on some of the chairs and curtain was not attached properly.
