  : Almost everything was too good in the facility. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was very delicious. The lady was very welcoming. The location is perfect. I recommend Petrosino without reservation.
  : Shower handle was broken. It needed an effort to make it work. They need to replace it with a good one.

  : I loved the room, beautifully decorated in an old Sicilian style but with a modern and elegant touch. Also paying extra for the balcony view was actually worth it. The location is excellent, you are close to all the important sites of Palermo's old town. Amazing restaurants and you're just a few minutes walking distance from the marina. The AC worked super well until it didn't, but the management allowed us to change the rooms as soon we got in touch with them.
  : The BnB is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, with no access to a lift and the stairs are very steep and narrow, was quite hard to get to the top carrying bags during a heatwave of 45 degrees Celsius. At the entrance, there is always a very bad smell of rubbish as the bins are located right at the entrance on the first section of the stairs.

  : Perfect location, within walking distance of the city centre and marina. Beautiful room, the decor is stunning. Breakfast was always served on time prompt with an amazing selection to choose from.
  : Sadly the bed/pillows were not comfortable at all for me

  : Great location. Walking distance to the Central train station. Close to the restaurants and marina.
  : There is no lift. The handrail of the stairs doesn't seem strong.I had to carry my luggage to the level 3.

  : The room itself was great and the location was fantastic as well.
  : No where does it state you will have to carry your bags for four floors without any help from staff! If it wasnt for this I would be happy with the property but this was a terrible experience having to carry two big suitcases like this.

  : Perfect location. Easy to reach.
  : Needs some renovation or at least some fresh paint. The shower curtain also need some washing and the mattresses forcing us to cuddle because of its while it already created in the center. No view from the room because no windows.

  : 10/10 location! We loved staying so close to tons of restaurants, bars, and sights in Palermo. The balcony was beautiful and the room was quiet, despite being in a lively neighborhood. Communication with the owners was timely and efficient as well.
  : As mentioned by others, the 3 flights of stairs can be tough to navigate if youre luggage is heavy/youre not used to climbing stairs. We also never heard about how to get breakfast, but in all fairness, we didnt ask and most mornings got breakfast elsewhere. But we would advise asking the hosts about breakfast if thats important to you
