  : Location is very central and near most sights.The roof terrace for breakfast a great feature. Breakfast had a good selection and very good value for money.Entrance area with comfy seats and reasonably priced snacks and drinks on offer. Air con a blessing and necessity.Staff were pleasant and helpful.
  : Our room was fine but was very bare and looked out on to a small internal courtyard. Shower was difficult to get into as the door hit the wash basin making the entrance very narrow. Very badly designed. Our friend's bathroom was much better.

  : Best location! The hotel is exactly in the center, walking distance from restaurants and historical sights. Easy transportation to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : The entrance has steps. Also inside access to the elevator had a step. This is not a good choice if you have the slightest difficulties with steps. I think they should install a towel rack in the bathroom.

  : Our room needed refurbishment (there was a big hole in the desk and the walls needed repainting). Our room looked on the main street, making it noisier than others.Air conditioning didn't work very well. In summer, this room will not be liveable.

  : The warm greeting all the time and all staff members accommodated my sub optimal attempts at Italian greetings They smiled and accepted my efforts.Have stayed in many places but this was special!

  : Room (juniorsuite) had 2 AC machines, room was big, 2 pillows per person were nice. Location fantastic and staff was nice.
  : Well. The designer has probably worked in prison before. This was the ugliest room I have been for a long time. Nothing cosy or beatiful. Sofas and chairs are plastic fake leather, so you cant sit on them because you sweat and stick immediatly. Room needs maintenance. Waterpressure in shower lousy, One of the sinks did not work. (These are fixable problems but I find disturbing, that I have to tell these problems to staff, cleaner maybe does not have eyes?New cleaner?) There are some stains (blood?) on the wall, stains on mattress, and bedsheets was like tetrisgame, 3 sheets and one small something and mattress was put sideways down. (That is why we started to do over the bed, because mattress was hanging outside the bed). You can buy wine downstairs to take to the room, but you dont get glasses just papercups!! In a juniorsuite! I think this place is ment to be as a hostel for backpackers, not for romantic getaway. With small easy fixes this could be easily 4 star place. So sad that owners dont want to put such effort to the place.
