: The location was great, snacks, water and juice abundantly available. Self check-in smooth and nice. Balcony overlooking the street was a nice addition. Arianna was helpful and great!
: The shower facility was out of order, quite uncomfortable to take a shower. Instead of having the massage one with several options, please just install a nice shower rod. Also the A/C filters need cleaning, there was a distinct smell once switched on.

: spotless accomodation - owners were lovely and welcoming. very helpful when it came to places to see, etc. relatively short walk to the main sights. rooms spacious and the communal kitchen worked very well. would be very pleased to stay there again.

: I had an good experience at B&B Carpen Diem. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Despite arriving earlier than planned, they allowed me to store my luggage. Similarly, on the day of my check-out, they held onto my bag for a few extra hours, allowing me to explore Palermo without the burden of luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. The common kitchen was a bonus, equipped with water, snacks, teapot and coffee machine which I used to make delicious coffee each morning. The surrounding area is peaceful & safe, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Additionally, the train station is conveniently located within a 7-10 minute walk. Overall, I had a delightful stay, and I'm grateful to the Arianna, Luciano and Giusy for their hospitality.
