  : Perfect location in the heart of the city. Bonus to have some outside space on the terrace.
  : The shower in the upstairs bedroom wasnt great & the spiral staircase was tricky to negotiate.

  : Whilst the location is incredible , it is so loud! Expect music and chaos until at least 1.30 am. Dont expect to sleep until late. The beds need new mattresses and the pillows a well

  : The location is absolutely wonderful. 10 mins walk to cathedral, opera house, sea front and markets. Unbeatable access to so many fabulous eateries! Comfortable beds, great air con in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, good shower and well equipped kitchen. Very responsive host.
  : We didn't realise you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the outside area. The steep and narrow stairs up to the outside area put us old dears off using it to be honest.

  : The location was fantastic, you cant beat it. It was easy to access. The property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond. The space was great for our group of 5. We didnt feel on top of each other. Quite amazing in the middle of the city! Its a good looking space and I would absolutely recommend to friends.
  : The street music. Some of the artists were fine to wake up to.. others were terrible. The patio was lovely but up the steep stairs. I was hoping to use it for the dogs to relax during the day but too hard for them to access it. Still nice to have, though, and in the quieter area of the building. Lastly, the pillows were very thin. The EU isnt known for their pillows but these were hard to get use to.

  : We loved that the location is near to almost everything including churches and great places to eat. We loved the roof terrace and the views from the terrace and bedroom windows. We liked having access to Wifi and TV (the football was on!). The bedrooms are a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. The downstairs bathroom is a great size and the four of us used this as it is much nicer than the upstairs shower room which is very small.
  : While we loved the central location we feel we should advise other potential guests that the street music goes on continuously from early afternoon until midnight on Saturday and Sunday nights. The music is in the square which is very near and it's impossible to sleep with the bedroom windows open before midnight. So we had the bedroom windows closed but while one bedroom had the comfort of A/C the second downstairs bedroom has no A/C. If you don't mind going to sleep after midnight then it's no problem, and if you get the bedroom with the A/C it's no problem. The alley to the entrance is grim but don't be put off - once you get past the entrance door the entrance is beautiful.

  : Apartment a little bit dark. Distance from kitchen to terrasse through the whole apartment over two floors, connected with pretty narrow stairs. So don't forget something in the kitchen during breakfast or lunch:-)
