  : The location is brilliant - in immediate proximity to the city center, and particularly close to the Palazzo dei Normanni. The staff is also friendly and helpful, staying in personal touch for any questions before arrival. The room(s) are big and clean - quite surprised to get this from a small private entity.
  : The door of our room was just an old wooden one with built-in glass. So all the noises (and light in the evening/night) from the corridor came easily inside. Besides, it didn't feel really safe. We noticed that some others had proper doors, so maybe we were just unlucky. Unfortunately, either we were unlucky with the neighbors during our stay, or there're no clear rules communicated by the hosts to the guests, but some people were very loud until almost 12 at night. Considering the doors' thing mentioned about, we couldn't fall asleep until finally the people realized it was a quiet time... So we think the hosts should be stricter on the 'stay rules' in regards to the noise.

  : Description not correct, doesnt correspond reality.We booked a room with private bathroom and balcony with garden view, it was written in my confirmation. When we arrived, we had a room with a small window facing the cactus and old yard. When we asked about it, the answer was: it is on request As a frequent traveler I know that if there are services on request, it should be stated somewhere. Secondly, the room description generally doesnt correspond the description: it says theres a coffee machine, fridge, tea IN THE ROOM, so it means the room should have it. The reality it is a property description, not the room description! The kitchen, fridge etc are shared between 5 rooms. The cooker and oven cant be used for safety reason. Soundproof room also doesnt correspond reality as there was a room above us and we could here every move, step and sign.Breakfast: instant coffee! In ItalyWe asked to move us to another room with a balcony or give a discount for such difference that we booked and that we had in reality, and we were denied.

  : Big room. Comfortable for a bit family of 5. The double bed was comfy but not the sofa bed. Kind and helpful personel, even before our arrival and during our stay.
  : The room was in front of a central road and it was very noisy! Ambulances and car noise started from 6 in the morning! If you have young kids, ask for a quiet room. A small problem with the toilette lid couldn't be solved and made its use, very uncomfortable. The breakfast was adequate but the fresh hot croissants every single morning were perfect!
