  : Shabby place, no lights, no functional energy sockets, bad service, very bad breakfast - never thought there is a possibility of such a lousy coffe in Italy, very loud, never again!
  : The old look, the smell, the blocked sockets that made work almost impossible, the very poor breakfast, the lack of any facility to buy a bottle of water for example in the evening, the totally unfriendly staff at the front office. Unfortunately i paid in advance so i was stucked with the place. Don't go!

  : It's very close to the city centre and university. Good choice of food for breakfast and good prices for the restaurant. Pet friendly
  : The bathroom was very small, I'm slim and I could barely manage to get in and out of the shower

  : We picked this hotel because of the free off street parking (which is a MUST in Palermo if you arrive by car). The hotel itself was nicer than expected although it is a place where a lot of groups come (there was a huge group of students there while we were). The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to all of the key attractions in Palermo.
  : The neighborhood and street were dirty and not well lit which made it feel a little unsafe at night, especially since it was a 10-15 minute walk from the main city attractions. Thank goodness for Google Maps as we never could have found this place without it!

  : Rooms were clean, excellent breakfast buffet with many choices. Staff at breakfast buffet was friendly. Had dedicated parking garage
  : Parking garage doesnt have an elevator to reception so you have to carry suitcases upstairs yourself from garage to reception desk. Front desk staff didnt offer to or appear to help. Neighborhood was scary at night but that might just be how Palermo looks to people who dont know it

  : The size of the room, near the realway station, balcony, good value for the money
  : Breakfast is mostly based on sweet pastries. There could be some vegetables or eggs. Plain yogurt was missing, only sweet fruit variations.The hotel surrounding is not very nice but that is the case for the major part of Palermo, lots of waste everywhere.

  : The room was not very clean and there was a water leak in the bathroom. Very noisy even during the night (we heard our neighbor snoring !)Also not very convenient to go to the city center : no public transport, car cant be used so you have to go by foot either through a bad neighborhood or along a busy street
