  : Due to a rain 3 days water leaking from the air conditioning system all day and night. Staff was not supporting. We ask to change the room and they did not react!

  : It’s too far from everything. The breakfast area is too small for so many guests. Food choice is limited. It’s not good value for money.

  : I sent an official complaint to NH Hotels group for which I never received a reply. Unacceptable!!!!From 20th to 23rd of March 2024, we organized a training on the financial management of EU Grants. Therefore, we booked a conference room and a bedroom for myself. Regarding the conference room: •Very old projector with really bad quality, it was almost impossible to read the slides (See picture Conf Room 2). •No heating system. When asking, they brought this one (see picture Conf Room 1).•We have asked 4 times without success, to bring sockets and electric extensions.•The conference room was very old-fashioned and the door very damaged (see picture Conf Room 9 and 10).•At restaurant, Lunch time took minimum 1h30 for getting pasta every day•Very poor coffee break (see picture Conf Room 3). •Toilets for the conference room (see picture Conf Room 4, 5, 6, 7).Regarding the bedroom: •Walls really dirty (see picture Bedroom 3).•Bath was clogged (see picture Bedroom 1).•Shelves broken (see picture Bedroom 2 and 9).•No heating system in the room, it was really cold and early in the morning it woke me up.•Furniture (desk) was broken and very old-fashioned (see picture Bedroom 6).•Accumulation of little things which made this trip awful: absence of a coffee machine in the bedroom, very low lights (it was extremely difficult to read), one light was without bulb (see picture bedroom 4), there was a fridge, but not working because of a wrong socket (picture Bedroom 5), in the toilet small flush did not work, 1 tile was missing in the bathroom (picture Bedroom 10 and 11),evacuation of the sink was badly fixed (picture Bedroom 8), it was inappropriate that front desk workers at the entrance said “hello” only on

  : Very clean, nice and friendly staff. Super comfy beds and great breakfast.
  : Some in room facilities were missed, but we also didn’t ask from the reception (could be available)
