  : bathroom had multiple issues which had to be reported to the staff, though they should have been evident to the cleaners etc and fixed long before (it was obviously a long-standing issue)

  : The check in process was easy . The apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable .The street was very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was equipped with adequate equipment for a short stay
  : We were disappointed that there was no comfortable seating in the apartment only hard dining chairs despite photo of sofa in the description. There was a large build up of uncollected rubbish just outside the apartment door. Photos also showed welcoming bottle of prosecco !! We didn't have one

  : Check-in and check-out easy and straightforward. Location was ok, not too far from the city centre. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area.
  : The apartment was not clean. In particular, the kitchen, the cutting board, the pans and other utensils were not only dirty, but very smelly and gave the whole apartment a bad smell (someone probably used the cutting board and pans for cooking fish and didn't clean it - so the whole living room smelled like rotten fish). The mattress and pillows were far from being comfortable. I could feel the broken springs in the mattress in my back. The other neighbors were loud, and the thin walls didn't help with the noise. The cleaning ladies were chatting quite loudly in the morning, so my Sunday morning was less relaxing than hoped for.
