: First of all, we only spent one night and the owners couldn't do anything to make the best out of the situation.But following things were catastrophic (considering good reviews and price): air conditioning was not working in mid-summer (lowest was 28 degrees Celsius after opening all windows). Bed was as uncomfortable as it was squeaky, so very. To top it all off after a night with barely any sleep, the walls suck at blocking out any noise, such as neighours...twice! (the were no even loud). The light lunch we asked for (aka something small, no wine) was very good, but not small at all, food waste par excellence (served 2 people, brought for at least 5 or 6) and ripoff in price.The lovely total of this terrible experience (incl. Lunch): EUR 366 for one night... Take off 300 and I wouldn't complain, but this? Total Ripoff!
: Friendly staff and well treated animals show that there couldbe much to love on this farm. The owners even greeted us very politely at reception but were not arround at check out time (unfortunately).In retrospect I should have complained on site asking for a lot of money back.

: The setting for breakfast was perfect with choices of where to sit to enjoy the morning sunshine, inside or out, in company or alone. The buffet was extensive and varied, with regional specialities offered. The staff were superbly attentive without being obtrusive.
: Only one thing was slightly troubling and that was the insect life: I imagine it's hard to get away from mosqitoes wherever you go in Southern Europe in summer and, of course, where there are horses, donkeys goats and cows, you'll find flies!

: Loved the scenery of the masseria and the amazing style! The horses were let out in the day to run wild whilst we were relaxing by the gorgeous poolside.
: The rooms were on the small side for the value. The rooms were noisy in the mornings.
