  : Great place, room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. You can walk from there to everything within the city! We had a lot of staff with us and while you have to park at a public parking space (follow the recommendations you get) you can easily drive to the location and upload you luggages there and only thereafter park the car. We had a lot of luggage and the option to bring it up ourselves from the recommended parking, was not really working. You will see what I mean, when you get there. Orvieto is for sure worth a visit. The Duomo is something you shouldn't miss and so is the Orvieto Underground Tour. I Sette Consoli is a restaurant we truly recommend.

  : The location was great, in the heart of the city. Being walking distance to everything in town was amazing, and the town itself is quite charming. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also nice having air conditioning. Toiletries were nice. You dont get the option of breakfast, but the host does leave snacks and fridge stocked with a few beverages. There is also an nespresso machine.
  : Had a rental, and parking was awful. Asked host where parking was available, did not receive very clear instruction, just an address that lead us to the hotel. After making several laps, we had to park a few min away in a paid parking lot (it was cheap at least - under 20), go up the elevators, and walk our luggage through hilled cobblestone roads. Then our room was second floor, up a very tight flight of circular staircase - luggage almost didnt fit upstairs. Also tried to gain info about grotto to book, received no response until around checkout time after multiple attempts of inquiry, and host was short over the phone when demanding documentation a day AFTER check in. We do not mind providing documents, theyre required. But she wanted us to stop mid sight seeing to go back to the hotel and meet her. This shouldve been done at check in - but you are not met at checkin. You receive a code, which is nice, except it doesnt help you figure out where youre going or what youre supposed to do - we had to wander in the night to find the correct door, and get settled in. We werent even told which room was ours (there were two inside the front door we went through), we had to try the key code on all of the keypads until it worked - very awkward if theres guests in the other rooms.

  : Strange sounds, every few hours. Woke us up. We should have complained but didn't. Not the fault of the owner.
