: A perfect place to stay right in the centre of Orvieto with adjacent secure private parking. (If you use the parking, make sure you follow directions for the address of the parking, not the apartment. We stupidly didn't follow the instructions given to us by the host and ended up on the wrong side of some bollards in a very narrow side street!) Very cosy and warm. Wifi worked well.
: Kitchen was well supplied with electrical items (toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine) but only one socket on the counter which was behind the gas hob. There was another usable socket in the kitchen area but it needed a table or work surface next to it. Sufficient wardrobe space (for 2 people) but not enough good hangers.

: Well located property that was immaculately clean with new bathroom. A great shower! The host generously came to collect us from the train station as we arrived late. A great restaurant (Charlie) just outside your Fri t door. Parking next to the building for a small fee.

: Central location and I was met personally, given keys and a tour of the apartmentalso a few recommendations for restaurants, bars and views.
: A fan but no aircon Bigger cups for making tea would be goodmost cups were espresso size
