  : The one decidedly positive thing about this lodging is access to a semi-private beach nearby, which is especially nice in the high season when most other beaches are very crowded. It is not however reachable on foot due to a motorway between the property and the beach, but about 5 minutes by car. Another plus are the shaded parking spaces near the house. Also, Antonella and Fernanda were very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts.
  : Very sparsely furnished and equipped (e.g. just one wineglass...), no decoration whatsoever. Hot and stuffy in summer. The photos online are an amalgamation of all the available appartments and hence misleading, making it hard to know what your appartment will look like. For instance we assumed we would have a shaded outside veranda/terrace, but that belonged to the adjacent appartment. Also, when sitting outside there was barely one meter distance to the neighbours on both sides... also something not obvious on the photos. The plastic table outside, placed in a narrow space right by the entrance, only got some shade in the mornings. The parasol provided didn't shade it enough during the hot afternoons and evenings. In both rooms it got very hot and stuffy. The sea breeze (if any) didn't get through in any case because of the trees lining the property. At night an unpleasant smell would waft in, presumably fertilizer on the surrounding fields, or maybe animal excrement of some sort.
