  : the apartment was spacious and very clean. good location, close to bus stops, a big supermarket and the city center. the apartment was very nice and had airconditioning in every room. the fridge was big and had a freezer.
  : there were barely any utensils available in the kitchen to cook with and no things like sugar, tea, salt or oil. we only received two rolls of toiletpaper for four days, so we ran out and had to get more. there was only one packet of complimentary soap for two people. there was only one small bin in the kitchen despite there being strict recycling rules. there is also only one remote for the airconditioners which is impractical.

  : Nice apartment with good location. Outside can be somewhat noisy at night, but acceptable. Check-in was easy, replies are prompt and helpful. Spacious rooms, basic, but clean kitchen.
  : Room cleaning and housekeeping between the stays can be improved.

  : I really liked the location and how easy it was to access everything needed for a short break holiday. A large Supermarket was a 2 minuet walk away from the apartment, and the bus stop to the Airport and Kai Beach was a 5 minuet walk away. The rooms were spacious and the location felt safe as it was in the middle of a busy area of restaurants and cafes. The host was available via whats-app, responding almost immediately which was great.
  : Unfortunately there were a few issues with the apartment. The most concerning issue was one of the shutters on the bedroom window was only being held together by one hinge with screws. The second hinge had no screws causing the shutter to come away from the wall. This was deeply worrying, as we thought the heavy shutter could fall onto the street and cause injury. There was no notice alerting us to the shutter being damaged, so when we tried to close it, we were shocked that it came away from the wall. We notified the host straight away and they said they were aware of the issue and there nothing they could do. We were then left with the Sun blazing into the bedroom from the early hours which affected our sleep. This was really disappointing and more importantly, a health and safety issue. There were other issues, which included the bedding being unclean, with yellow marks on a them. The blankets in the wardrobe were dirty, with dust and dirt marks on them. We contacted the host about this, and these were changed the next day. There was no light bulb in the bedroom ceiling light and the microwave socket did not fit the socket plug holes for some straight reason.

  : No kettle, too less kitchen utensils, difficult to take a shower due to weak water pressure in the evenings, difficult to park a car although there is a private parking (not enough space to turn to the gate unless you have a small car)

  : Property was in a great location, at the edge of the old town. It was quiet (even though there are al fresco restaurants around it). All the basics we needed were available. Air conditioning worked great. Great to have a parking space at the back of the property. Very responsive hosts.

  : The location was great.
  : The location of the appartment was great but the appartment itself not so much. The shower is dirty (mold) and very small and the water kept switching from hot to cold. The lock of the frontdoor was broken, the sofa has no leaning and is not comfortable, very little daylight coming in and there was no wifi. The host responded very quickly which was very nice but never came through on a solution for the wifi, he said the previous guests might have taken the wifi device with them. It was quite inconvenient as there is very poor reception in the appartment, so to arrange my further travelplans I had to go outside to be able to use my mobile data. The bedroom is very spacious and clean enough, the balcony isn't. It wasn't the worst place that I have stayed at, but I wouldn't recommend it. I stayed at much nicer places on Sardegna for a fairer price.
