: The owner was very helpful and we were provided with what we needed. The b&b is not so central, hence parking was very easy. Noto centre is about 10 min walk.
: One of the bathrooms was very worn out and requires fixing. The other rooms were ok.

: The property has very good location - it takes only 10-15min walk to get to the city centre and has a lot of public space around to park your car. Other than that just a clean, decent place to rest and refresh after sightseeing. We did not ordered breakfast.
: Not a single shelf or hook to put your things in bathroom. No ventilation so bathroom gets very damp after shower. The host is a bit too strict on check-in hours and makes bad first impression when nagging about arrival time -but overall OK.

: really helpful host who gave us a lift to the bus station, spacious and clean room
: was close to the city centre but up a steep hill so walking to/from was a little challenging (but there are a lot of uphill streets in Noto)

Traveller Type:
: The location is good as you can park right outside on the street and avoid driving in the historic centre, yet it is a short walk to the sights and shops - easy for us, perhaps tricky with young children as some roads don't have pavements. Davide (the manager) lives off site but is very helpful and responds quickly to messages, Google Translate gets around the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble and he even printed off a boarding pass for one of us. Rooms are large with balconies. Bathrooms are large too.
: We would have liked a kettle to make tea (there are espresso coffee machines in each room) but we bought one in the local hardware store. I wrongly assumed breakfast might be an option, but again it was easy to find local shops/bakeries. And you may prefer to eat out. Davide invited us to his Cafe too.
