: The owner is very nice and friendly. The property is nice with a large garden & swimming pool in the back that can be amazing during summer time.
: It was quite cold in the room and no possiblity to turn on the heating yourself. Breakfast serving time is quite early especially if you are in the area for a relaxing weekend.

: the property is amazingly cute and neat, the pool perfect, the grass soft, the furniture more than adequate. rooms where not luxurious, yet unexpectedly roomy, clean and well kept. everything is simple and basic but extremely pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the silence and peace. Breakfast is a cold one, simple but complete, nothing missing both salty and sweet, good quality of everything. the owner friendly and precise, no surprises and no mistakes. The pool is amzaing!
: Overall I have nothing to complain for, the value for money is more than expected. if things go well, a few upgrades (that could justify a raise of cost) could be the room commodities and maybe a joint venture with some local supplier to get some wholesome/bio/natural integration with the breakfast offer, but we are really talking "trendy" upgrades to something very well done

: The location is beautiful, great pool, nestled in the green
: Room ok, nothing special, windows only have curtains and a lot of light comes in in the morning. Poorly prepared breakfast. The staff asked us 35 euros to use the pool just for 1h after checkout. Italian hospitality is something else.
