  : Very good location on a popular tourist street in The Center. Big apartment with space for entire family. Owners are very friendly and available.
  : Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. It is an old building, but the apartment itself is refurbished.

  : Very big apartment, darkened windows to keep morning light away, some basic foods already in the kitchen (biscuits, jam, coffee, olive oil, salt), very close to the historic centre
  : There's a problem with the panel above the toilet, where there are the buttons to flush. The buttons didn't work and owners sure knew, since the panel was half off the wall. Should have fixed that before guest come

  : Large apartment, clean and with a washing machine (have to supply your own detergent but not an issue) and oven. Lots of utensils to cook with and milk, bread and cereal. Not a bad location if your looking to travel to other places as close to train station.
  : Just didn't feel safe in the area. To get anywhere we had to go down lots of dark long streets with gangs on them who stirred at you as you went past. Not the owners fault and the apartment felt safe. Besides being close to the station to go Sorrento we found it hard to get any transport to other parts of Naples. Owners where nice but couldn't speak any English which is fine but you shouldn't advertise that you do on booking.com and then can't. Using your phone to translate isn't really the same thing and made communication difficult. For instance we weren't told anything about the area or how to get to things as obviously couldn't really communicate due to language barrier and we had an issue with the key not working and got locked out. The owner helped us resolve it but there is a trick to unlocking the first gate and really it would of been better to show us that in the first place or explain. I barely had any sleep during 3 nights there as the people above where really loud early morning and nighttime. They decided it was a good idea to move furniture at midnight and all you could hear all night was the sound of metal objects being pulled across the room. If it wasn't that it was having loud conversations morning noon and night or kids running loudly or playing what sounded like marbles. The walls are paper thin and the toilet kept me awake all night as it constantly had water flowing loudly all night long. Me and my husband where completely and utterly miserable due to having hardly any sleep. If I'd had the money I would of left and gone to another place to stay . I even wore earplugs and couldn't sleep was so loud.

  : We had a short, but very pleasant stay. The apartment is quite nice, clean, and well-equipped. It's in a good location, and the hosts were friendly and agreed to let us check in a little bit earlier.

  : Fabio met us with the keys. When we had an issue with lost luggage, that was a big problem for us because we were travelling and we did not have easy access to make phone calls. Fabio told us to give the airline his phone number and he would take care of everything. Our bag was sitting in the room when we arrived. This was a huge help. It was fun stepping outside the door to join the locals cheering on the Napoli soccer team.
  : The apartment was very nice but the one negative thing I would say is that the maytresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked.

  : The hosts of Welcome House are super kind and helpful. They did everything to make us feel at home and give extra explanation when needed. We were cold in the evening and got extra blankets when we asked for it so that's really nice. The appartment is exactly like on the photos, my mother and I both had our own room which gave us both the privacy we needed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The appartment is very central so we were able to go to most of our activities by foot. The price for the two of us was correct as well. Definitely nice for a stay of 4 nights!
  : The appartment is a bit noisy. E.g.: from the bedroom we could hear the neighbours upstairs moving chairs around. Luckily during the night everything was quiet and that's the most important. There's no elevator, for me it wasn't a problem at all but for my mother of 70+ the stairs were a bit difficult. But in Naples everything's with stairs, almost no elevators anywhere. But this is not a big deal, those stairs were our daily exercise and gave us the excuse to eat more pasta ;-)
