  : Location was great.
  : Apartment was dirty, mouldy and damp. Toilet and bathroom were filthy. It did not match the photos provided. Paint was peeling off the walls in many locations. Some tiles were cracked and were dangerous for children. There were also numerous holes in the wall.

  : The location of this property is excellent, I have stayed in Naples many times always in the Historical Centre but never in Chiaia. Access to many great cafes & bars & my favourite restaurant was only a short walk away, plus we found some new ones. The taxi rank is just around the corner which was so convenient!
  : Ok so there were a few issues If youre planning a long stay there is no washer, the closest laundromat is 25mins away so not ideal. The set out of the apartment is very cool, however, it is very musty with flakey walls & rising damp so if you have respiratory issues not a great idea. My sister & I couldnt keep the big doorway window open upstairs where we slept unfortunately as there were men outside our window every morning & during the day, which was very annoying & loud especially as it faced straight at the bathroom. Three days into our arrival there was major work started on the building which was quite unsafe getting in and out of the complex, it also gave way to more dirt & dust in the apartment as the drilling etc made the falling debris from the walls worse. We lost our hot water several times due to the building works as well as a stench from the drains. Beware, there is a very cranky, nasty woman that lives in the building that will have a go at you for no reason in particular, of course this has nothing to do with the owner, but does leave a bad taste in your mouth.

  : i liked the fact that is is very central, close to everything that you need for a vacantion and the place is very interesting and big. it is clearly a special place
  : the bathroom needs to be repaired. it has a moldy smell and the upstairs toliet is very loud. also, you dont have phone signal and it is kind of cold inside (good only if you travel during the summer)

  : Leaving
  : We were met by a young man in a very, very difficult to find courtyard; He immediately told us that we could not leave our car in the front, for even a moment, even though we explained that our luggage needed to be unloaded; As a result of telling us that we had to move immediately, I instead chose to take the one minute to unload said luggage; I was directed to a parking garage where I placed our car; With this young man exhibiting very obvious reluctance, he helped me bring the luggage inside the front door We discovered that the bedroom was on the second floor (up a difficult to maneuver stairway), he reluctantly helped me with the smaller of our two suitcases; As a 78 year old, I had to drag the remaining suitcase up these stairsWHILE HE SIMPLY WATCHED!; In rapid fire, he showed my wife around, leaving her with utmost confusion. (My wife is a very smart, well educated, perceptive woman); We were left to assume that he must have had a "hot" date awaiting his arrival; The toilet in our bedroom had a loud, constant flushing noise; The towels were akin to drying ourselves with a loufa sponge as that is how scratchy and stiff were the towels; Lest I forget to mention, the parking garage was 50 euros a day, each weekday, and 100 euros ($105.00) a day (yes, I stated 'day' correctly) on the weekends!!!!!!!!!! with no discount having been arranged for hotel guests; The good newswe fully recognize that this, in no way, depicts the Italy that we have come to love.
