  : There is a shortcut to and from central station, making it unnecessary to drag suitcases over the uneven sidewalk along the road
  : The balcony furniture was weather-worn, with the paint stripped off, and the plants in the flowerpots were all dead. We could hear the person in the next room talking on the phone. The bathroom was small and there was nowhere to leave anything more than a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. The shower pan was either fibreglass or acrylic and rather slippery. The room did not have many power points, and there was no cable TV or satellite channels as stated in the listing

  : Great location right near the train station - which made it easy to catch an early morning shuttle bus to the airport.

  : It is in very close proximity to the train station which connects you everywhere in Naples.Breakfast was around average for Naples' standards, definitely okay; the coffee machine brewed good quality coffee, very satisfied on that end!The staff was great: available and understanding both reception and breakfast.
  : To target such a price range, certain standards must be absolutely met unfortunately, standards here were way below average.1. The room was not soundproof.2. Air conditioning "is set to heat mode only" and could exclusively be turned on by the staff the room temperature was a personally very unpleasant 26C.3. I did find a lot of hair/s not belonging to me in multiple locations.4. Part of the room reeked of cockroaches' stench.5. I was kept company by silverfish and cockroaches.6. The shower developed black mould along the bottom silicone-filled gaps between the wall and the shower floor.7. Back on the soundproofing concept, whenever some other room up top flushed the toilet you would hear a slushing noise high enough to wake you up at night.8. The internet connection is absolutely terrible. Italy has access to extremely cheap internet (amongst the lowest and most reliable worldwide!), and offers tailored to businesses allow for extremely satisfactory access for any usage whatsoever. There is absolutely no excuse for not investing in a better infrastructure, and, for this price range, a top notch Cisco-powered network.9. The water boiler/tea appliance had teaspoons sitting a good layer of dust.10. There is no restaurant, no functioning vending machines and the area is absolutely not safe during night hours you may only resort to food delivery services.
