: Convenient location in one of the iconic narrow streets, 10m from metro municipio, piazza del plebiscito, port; few local grocery shops next to the apartment
: It's a "student-ish/budget" option, which was good enough for us, but some people might find the standard too low, e.g. bathroom was a bit mouldy. Otherwise, great outlook.

: Proximity to many of the places. Sound insulation was good, not much noise heard from tiny alleyway below. Lift was present but did not dare to use it. Property is on 1st floor.
: Did not realise until late that the property was privately managed and I had to pay 1 night in advance directly to property manager's bank account. I felt lucky initially that it wasnt allocated to someone else until i entered the property.Property manager tried to take additional Eur 20 as tourist tax whilst it was shown as included in booking.com email. Later she gave up after I sent the evidence. Booking.com cheated us by charging 30 Eur (@2.5 pppn) whilst as per Naples muncipal, it is 3 Eur for 3 star property and children up to 14 is free. So, we should have been charged max of 24 Eur.You need three keys to enter. First communal, second on the floor which is common entrance to two properties and third one is the property itself. There were multiple locks and you have to figure out the right one.When we entered, had shock of the quality of property. 300 Euro for 4 nights and the state of the house was unimaginable.Alleyway below stinks, mainly because of the garbage dump nearby. Most of Naples has this problem perhaps.Bathroom ceiling had turned black due to mould!Day two we couldnt take out the 2nd key as it had got stuck inside. Day three we were locked out as we couldnt open the 2nd door as the gentleman in the other flat had locked it from inside. We had to reach out to property manager who sent a person to ring the bell of other house for 10-15 mins and eventually it was opened.There was a dining table with one chair! Property says it is good for 4!! Other than the small dining are in the kitchen, there is no place to sit, get to the bedroom and use the bed!Bathroom was very dirty and not maintained. Many of the things were broken. There was no place to keep soap or shampoo inside the shower cubical.One toilet roll was kept (out of generosity) for three people paying for 4 nights.Property made us hate Naples. I still cant believe how this property has got 9 points on booking.com as advertised. In my honest opinion, it should be delisted.
