  : The location was great, close to the metro and to the city centre - in a safe area of Napoli! The room was super clean and the host was very helpful. She was communicative and our room was ready a little earlier than the check in time :)
  : The wifi internet didnt work properly, also the mattress was not the most comfortable.

  : The hotel is perfectly located :- close to the train station Napoli portalana (trains that go to sorrento/ercolano/pompei)- close to alibus (airport shuttle)- close to centro historicoThe staff was so nice even though we didn't speak the same language (I don't speak Italian). She was very helpful and try to make sure that we understand each otherTips: I strongly recommend to check streetview before going to the hotel. Since it is inside a normal bulding, it may be difficult to find it at first
  : Nothing special but I may have 2 little points :- it can be a little bit noisy outside with the motorbikes- sometimes there is bad smell coming out of the sink

  : Location was okay and about 25 minutes walk from the centre of where the highlights are Host was responsive but i felt she got annoyed when we brought up a couple of things
  : Shower was not clean, had mould in quite a few places. Smells like sewage in the bathroom The bed is so uncomfy it sinks in the middle, we have not slept for 3 nights! They charged us late check-in fee for checking in late due to out of our control circumstances with the flight timing and they demanded the money when we arrived at 0130 in the morning when we are very tired and just need to rest, we had no exact change and the lady was getting annoyed the only option is we had to pay the next day as she doesn't have change to give us. Its ridiculous to not have change to offer and still demand the money at that time! that was very disappointing. The linen and towels stink and smell quite off we had to request for the linen to be changed, lucky we brought our own towels to put on the pillow cases as the smell was too bad. It was advertised that they had breakfast included, the breakfast was basically some dry biscuits and jam that they bought of the supermarket. It was advertised there was Wifi, There was, but it did not work and it was out of signal 99% of the time, so no Wifi actually. it was very noisy, you could hear people from the other room and other neighbours. with all these negatives, we thought this was not worth what we paid and we will not be back if we ever do come back to Napoli. Location was the only okay thing.
