: the location is ok (I used to live in Naples so I was already aware of it). Near the town downtown and not far from various kind of shops and restaurants.
: almost all lights in the property were not working, when we arrived (in the reservation was clear that there were 2 children with us) heating system was off and the apartment was obviously cold. The shower has a curtain which, besides being uncomfortable, allows water to go everywhere (this was complained by several guests before me ... being still like that means the owner doesn't take guests' feedback into consideration). Walls were not clean and in the toilet a few cracks on wall plaster were in place. Almost no cooking aids and to switch fire on the hob a not working lightener was provided.

: 1. Owner want that we arrive most possibly late in the afternoon. So we arrived late. But if you arrive later then 7pm, you will get fee 30 for late arrive. This is redicules.2. I also don't like that the Host made pictures from all our passports. Who knows what fore they use this personal informations.3. We couldn't departure like we want in the early morning, because the host could come earliest at 8:30 in the morning, to give the 150 deposit back.4. In Naples around, exist only paid, expensive parking places. Better to come by plane.5. Here the lawslist to read, what the host send to us after arrive.Quote "Cleaning:The apartment will be given clean and working perfectly and so must be returned; the cleaning materials and any kind of soap are not included with the exception of bedding and towels. Not including the cleaning of dishes and / or the reordering of the apartment that remains by the guest.The waste, precisely diversified, should always be stored in the containers in the street and never left in the hall or next to the door. The guest must leave the apartment clear by any waist.IMPORTANT: is forbidden to leave garbage bags or other out of the door.Maintenance:It is forbidden anything that can alter and / or affect the appearance of the apartment, in particular holes or use the adhesive tape on the walls, dirty walls and / or mattresses, introducing forbidden objects in the wc.Furnishing may be moved must be put back in place before check-out.Any damage and / or missing items and / or equipment and / or facilities will be charged to the guest.Check-in/check-out:Please allow at least 15 minutes for check in/check out.The apartment is delivered fully furnished and equipped as stated in the attached list that has to be signed on each page by the customer. The customer commits to respect the rules of the regulation of the building and condominium.
