  : Room wasn't ready on arrival and we were told on 3 occasions the room was now ready only to find it wasn't.Bed linen was not changed from previous occupants. We slept on the towels, which were clean and changed on the 3rd day

  : The property we stayed at was not as described and the details on Book.com are inaccurate. We did not stay at the location indicated on the website. Instead we had to wait outside the indicated location for 15 minutes before we were met by a representative of Bed Boutique Napoli Colors. We were then led down a couple of side streets to a separate property. The room itself was very small, for example you had to shuffle to get past the bed when you entered the door (we could not see this from the picture on Booking.com). The room had a shared corridor with another hotel room but the lock was incredibly weak look more similar to a lock you would fit to a wardrobe which did not make us feel very safe. We also found the main double bed very uncomfortable. Thankfully the pullout/sofa bed used by our children was relatively more comfortable We were very disappointed as one of the main reasons for selecting this property was the roof top terrace which we could not use/access.

  : It was super central, ideal location! Nice little peacefull oasis in the middle of the historical centre. The lady we dealt with was very nice despite not speaking english (we used google translate).
  : Cleaning standards werent the best. Our room was kind of falling apart, especially in the bathroom (shower head not properly fixed to the wall, toilet paper holder fell on first use, etc). Its just a bit old and it shows. The walls are also super thin, so we could hear everything that was happening outside and in the neighbouring rooms. The cleaner also opened our door without knocking

  : My room ("Viola") was facing the main street (via Duomo), which is full of scooters all throughout the night. It falsely advertised being "soundproof", while it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the street with 5-6 sources of loud music playing until 4-5 am, weeknights and weekend nights alike. I know Napoli is noisy, but don't write "soundproof" in the description, it's deceitful.It's not a hotel, as advertised, there are just some rooms with sliding doors and the walls feel like paper, you hear everything from the other rooms (not like in a normal hotel, but as if you are in the same room). Rude administrator, they tried to charge me double the tax of the city even when I said it was too much; I showed them the real value on the Booking site, they just smiled and gave the extra money back. I had to wait for them in the street to check me in, there is no real reception. If you need anything, nobody answers messages and on the phone they don't speak EN. I accidentally discovered they work at a minimarket/salumeria nearby, that's how you communicate with them somehow...It's very bad value for the money (100+ euro/night). "Breakfast" is a croissant and a coffee at San Gennaro Cafe across the street.If you still decide to come, ask not to get the Viola room at least. Although it says it has a window, the "window" is a small hole in the wall towards the floor, you barely get some fresh air and little light, but plenty of noise though.
