  : The breakfast was very basic but the hostess was very caring and if you asked for something that wasnt on the table then she got it for you the day after. The location was very good. The hostess was very nice and helpful if you asked something, she helped with booking a tour of Pompeii also and other tips.

  : Our stay here was just right for one more night in Naples before heading home. Likes: the location on Via Chiaia because it's pedestrian only (occasional motorbike or delivery car go through); very close to shops and sites like Plebescito, Royal Palace, and Gran Caffe Gambrinus; staff Mario is bilingual English speaker which helps and his Mama prepared breakfast - they were both welcoming and they emailed us that room was ready 2 hrs before check in time right before we gave them our estimate arrival; clean and modern room with a window/juliet balcony which looks down to smaller alley above Pizzeria Brandi; price is very reasonableNOTE: property has a big brown door (if closed, ring door bell) and look up-there's a small white flag "B&B Chiaia 216"; go in courtyard towards Outlet store - to the right of it are a few steps to a lift then ride it up to floor 2; free elevator when we took it (but have .10 cent euros just in case)
  : Dislikes: these aren't big issues so just know what to expect -- we got a standard room which is smaller square footage (1 full bed + 1 shower) but it was just right for a one night stay for two people; breakfast area is small so it can get crowded when everyone eats so plan ahead

  : We really enjoyed the sense of hospitality of the staff. They were very warm and nice, giving us some good tips on what to see in Naples. For instance, they proactively reach out to me a few days before my travel to make sure that everything was ok with my booking. Another thing that we enjoyed is the breakfast: you will get the typical breakfast from Naples, with delicious cakes and high-quality coffee. If you dont like cakes, then feel free to reach out to them in advance. Another very big plus for this place is its location: literally 4 minutes away from Piazza Plebiscito by walk, 3 minutes away from Via Toledo. Basically, you are in the centre of Naples. You are also very close to the seafront. Finally, you are 10 minutes away from Toledo subway station (a real piece of art, with tourists buying tickets just to see the subway station) and Municipio subway station (the latter is quite convenient of you need to go to Garibaldi Train Station). Finally, as a side note, I liked the style of the B&B: rooms are quite modern and clean
  : We can find virtually no shortfalls. If we really try hard to find something, the Wifi did not work for the other person in the room (to be fair, it worked perfectly for me). If we want to be very picky, the breakfast offered is in line with the tradition of Naples, so it is based on cakes. If you dont like sugar-based food for breakfast, they also offer salt-based alternatives, but feel free to manifest this preference in advance: I am sure that they will accommodate something for you.

  : really clean. great breakfast. awesome location & friendly staff. helpful staff with the late check in with good communication and great availability.
  : it was hard to find & the some of the staff were so very loud starting 7 AM. if you take separate single beds the bed were a bit too small.

  : We had 2 rooms. Air conditioner of one of the rooms was out of order (seams that for long time despite the stuf showed surprise it does not work). Neither it was possible to open the window due to bad kitchen exause smell. As a result it was not possible to sleep in airless and hit room and all our family of 4 people moved into one double room to have at least some sleep.Breakfast was described as continental, but there was only pastry like croisant and some sweet cornette; none if them even fresh. Forget anout cheese, ham, etc.In addition there were no electtic sockets or very few of them to charge phones, even fridges were not connected due to lack of sockets. Very low quality of rooms and breakfast compared to other B&B we staid in Naples at the begininv of our trip.
