  : Good location, modern, clean, well equipped gym, good buffet breakfast selection.
  : No bath provided when Booking.com listed a bath as included with the room, TV couldnt receive any channels, unable to login to hotel services app. Complained and was provided with another room the next day. AC did not work in the second room. These issues spoilt our stay and my wifes birthday. We expected better quality for the money.

  : Decor of rooms was beautiful with a lovely big bed. Lovely terrace which we unfortunately didn't get to use. Matteo on reception very helpful with restaurant recommendations and water taxi information.

  : Modern hotel, well designed, converted from old glass factory. In quieter part of Murano but well situated near Vaporetto and Alilaguna stops. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
  : Wed booked a twin bedded room for 5 nights but had been allocated a double room. The hotel doesnt seem to recognise the option selection made on booking.com. However, Reception eventually managed to get us a twin room. A few minor points: The door to the bathroom was very squeaky and the light switch is well inside the bathroom so difficult to find at night. Free water was supplied the first night but was not regularly replenished. The bin was not emptied on one of the days.

  : Beautiful hotel, absolutely loved the view from the terrace and the set up of the rooms. Excellent location on Murano. Great value for money - I really enjoyed the place.
  : The staff was friendly, but I didn't feel well taken care of. The receptionist recommended the hotel restaurant, which we were keen to go to, but didn't say we would need a reservation immediately - so we couldn't dine there. We wanted to take the hotel ferry from San Marco back to the hotel (having taken public transport to Venice). Making the booking for the ferry was fine by phone, but the staff was completely incapable in describing from where the ferry would leave. We arrived twenty minutes early at the ports by San Marco, to the extremely general location name provided when we booked, and looked for the right port for ages under the sun, calling reception three times and asking for a proper description, and couldn't find it. A single WhatsApp location would have been enough. I am not convinced the staff know from where their own ferry leaves. We missed the ferry. We were late for a reservation (having counted on taking the ferry to the hotel) and had no choice but to take a water taxi, and paid 70 instead of 7. I was shocked at the lack of care and disappointed at the level of concierge service. Don't count on them to take care of you - take care of yourself.

  : The location is fantastic! Only 30 mins by boat from airport. The bar at the rear of the property overlooking the bay is lovely. Rooms were well appointed and quiet. Will return for sure.
  : The bathroom cleaning could have done with a little more attention to detail. But fine overall.

  : Beautifully decorated and furnished hotel right by canal in charming Murano. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy access with public water taxis to Venice.
  : Restaurant and room service menu very limited and expensive - and only cold food available after 10 pm (so when you arrive late from the airport that is inconvenient). Hotels water shuttle should run more frequently.
