: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice and kind people. The scenery is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and has a rustic country vibe.
: The road leading to the property is very rough and long. The heat and hot water did not work when we arrived. We slept in many clothes and 3 blankets the first night. Cold showers. The staff was attentive but took several days to fix both issues. The last 2 nights everything was fixed and we were happy. The washing machine is tiny and takes 2 and half hours and no dryer. I believe this is typical in Europe. The wifi works great but only in the kitchen/living room. Doesnt work in the bedroom.

: The property is perfectly placed for day trips to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena and many other locations in Tuscany. With a pool, table tennis and large open spaces it presented a perfect setting to enjoy the Tuscan region surrounded by olive trees and vineyards including their House produce.

: We had the apartment on the top level. Only one flight up, easy to access. I can honedtly say it was superb watching the sunset from our private balcony. Typical quirky rural kitchen. Despite being a bit cool in the evenings, the apartment was warm. Mattress a bit hard, but I think that's what the Europeans are accustomed to. Loved the bathroom. Good pressure in the shower. Easy access to some wonderful cheap restaurants I've critiqued one in particular on Google. La Lombricaia di Montalbino. 2.8kms from the Apartment.
: We did wine tasting and they charged us 36 Euro. Given we were staying at the Winery, I think the cost should've been zero. We were given a free bottle of red that was nice. I managed to scrape the door of my rental vehicle. I think it would help if the poles were painted white. It would make them easier to see
