: Near enough to visit Tuscan towns and Florence but a quiet and peaceful countryside ambience. Lovely breeze and views. Kittens, lizards, owls roam the olive fields. Great pool adored by the children
: No fence or barrier around pool (not great for young kids). Roads near property are narrow and in suboptimal repair. No AC and some window screens broken.

: It is in a beautiful setting, with a great pool area and relaxation space, and the apartment itself is suitably rustic and charming. It is a good base from which to explore Tuscany and offers a restaurant across the road, although unfortunately we didn't get the chance to try it.
: For those who want to cook, the kitchen facilities aren't great. Some other supplies, like toilet paper, were a little scarce. The wifi didn't work very well and there was no TV signal at all, but if you come to Tuscany to watch TV, you might as well stay at home.
