  : Our hostess Linda made great efforts to help us on many things. She even came back at Midnight (aonther day at 7pm) to help me charge my Electric Car. This is beyond service, congratulations for her commitment .. All this week was fantastic
  : Nothing. The electric charger wasn't working on the 1st day, but they called a electrician and made it work the following day.

  : Absolutely beautiful location, very nice house & garden (decorated with attention to details, everything needed available). It is a bit far away from the asphalted road but the trip itself, till the house, is a joy in itself. We were with the kids and no bikes, but really recommended to come with the bikes and explore the surroundings. The pool looked amazing but it was too cold to use it ( we were there in April and cold, rainy weather). The host was very helpful with advice about restaurants, places to visit, activities and weather (helped us with the umbrellas too). The house was pleasantly warm ( it had floor heating). We and the kids liked it very much.
  : Being away from the asphalted road, sometimes, when coming late from other trips, it may seem a bit too far away. But waking up in the morning in the heart of Tuscany is really worth the extra effort :-). While cleanliness overall = 10/10, the cleanliness of the bathroom 9.5/10.

  : The apartment and the entire property are stunningly beautiful - everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Sara is super nice as well and she provided us with great information in perfect English. Really great place for relaxing holiday in beautiful tuscan surroundings.
  : The only downside is access to the property which consists of a couple of kilometers of unpaved road.

  : I checked into this hotel on May 1st, 2024, checked out on the morning of May 3rd, spent two nights in this hotel, and I am writing this letter of complaint because I feel that I had a very, very bad experience at this hotel.First of all, the shower in the hotel is broken. The price I booked for this hotel is 1,700 RMB, about 213 euros per night, but the shower in their house is broken, which makes us uncomfortable when we take a bath.Second, there was a very loud noise on the night we checked in, which lasted until 1am, and we couldn't sleep. After we communicated with the landlord, the landlord said that he could not help us, and he could not arrive at the scene to deal with the matter. Even so, the next morning he offered us no compensation or consolation. It made us feel helpless, as if we were not in a hotel, but in an unmanaged place, and we were left to deal with anything that happened.Thirdly, prior to check-in, the landlord asked us via WhatsApp if we wanted bread the next day, but he didn't mention that there was a fee! He just asked us if we wanted bread. We answered the need because we thought it was something he had generously offered us, and it didn't cost anything. It wasn't until we checked out that he told us there was a charge for bread that we were shocked. I told him that I had not been told that bread was charged, and he replied that it was mentioned on the booking page that breakfast was not provided, for god sake , who will check the booking page after check in? and because the host asked us whether we needed bread through Whatsapp, He also didn't confirm with us on it that bread is charged, so I think it's unfair. On the issue of communication, he has always emphasized that for him, the information is very clear, but for for us, the information is NOT CLEAR AT ALL and we feel very sudden when we are charged! by the way, his bread could only be served after 9.
