  : Great location, Great pool with a view, excellent host (he may not speak English but he speaks French!)
  : nothing. the apartment is small and with little window a and no air-con, but it was still soooo pleasant

  : Perfect for one night. Good base, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, good facilities. Beautiful view.
  : Very poor for those planning a longer stay and relaxing in the garden and by the pool. You can hear the street a lot. Garden equipment damaged and neglected.

  : Panoramic setting with extensive rustic grounds and pleasant and helpful, attentive hosts once we sought them out. Orientation to amenities was not great but maybe that is because it is a working farm.
  : The couple who slept in the upper bedroom, but not those in the bedroom on the kitchen level, awoke in the morning with multiple welts from bite by some sort of insect.

  : It was a big apartment, I was afraid that it will be too hot, because it was heat wave at the time we were there and there is no air conditioning in the apartment, but it was OK. Location of the apartment is more the 500 m above sea level the evenings and nights are pretty fresh. The celling in the apartment is also high, so it was not too hot if you keep opened windows during evenings and night it was OK. There is mosquito protection on windows. I also liked big swimming pool and big nice garden around the house.
  : For me everything was OK. The only problem was that my wife was bitten by some bugs no one else was bitten except her (it was not mosquitos it must be something else). She claims this must come from bed or from old wardrobe closet, but I can't say that is true or not, because it happened only to her I think it must be something else.

  : The accommodation is comfortable and well located, the place is charming and surrounded by olive trees. The view from the rooms were amazing, we could see Montepulciano from the window. The owner is a very kind person!
  : No complaints at all. I had a lovely stay!
