  : The place is in the center of Montepulciano and it is really nice location. Stuff was very helpful and gave us maps and suggestions on how to move around.
  : Our room was on the last floor, under the roof so the airflow was not that good. It was hot outside and the room did not have an air conditioner. Bring something for mosquitos if coming in June period.

  : Location truly could not have been better. Its right in the middle of main street. We appreciated the elevator after a long day of steep walking in Montepulciano. The unit was clean and the layout & overall aesthetic of the room was very cute.
  : I dont understand why this is called a Bed & Breakfast. There is no breakfast. If you are factoring complimentary breakfast into your value of this room, you will not get what you are expecting. I dont think the property should be able to list itself as a Bed & Breakfast in their name title when they literally only offer the bed. There is an espresso machine that you have to pay to use, and thats it besides the hot tea and electric kettle available in our room. There is no food. Wifi was extremely sporadic and unreliable in the evening. A/C could not keep up.

  : Top location, 1 minute walk to the main piazza. Good size apartment with a double bed and a pull out couch. Kitchen with everything needed. The host was polite and friendly.
  : Light switches were a little confusing and making a clicking sounds everywhere every time you turn on or off.
