  : The location, the balcony and the views. The workers were very nice.
  : The room was plain. We were a bit cold at night (there were air coinditioner but we couldnt make it work as a heater). Breakfast was okay but basic.

  : Good hotel with own restaurant and swimming pool. From there we could walk to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio and up to the town.

  : Attentive and friendly staff members. The sweet smile of the lady at the reception was already priceless. For 30 Euros per Person we had the sauna facilities just for ourselves. You can walk up to Montepulciano. The lunch and dinner menu at the restaurant is small but food is tasty.
  : Breakfast had mostly sweet stuff (4 cakes!) but I guess that's the Italian way. There are no prices displayed for the drinks in the fridge at the reception so we were a bit shocked to see a can of coke cost 3.50 Euro when checking out.

  : This hotel is 20min walk from the centre of montepulciano, which on paper was fine. However, what is not mentioned anywhere is that the walk to get there is a very very steep incline making it very difficult to walk there. The hotel staff were not helpful at all regarding this. Their help regarding taxis and the bus was useless and they didn't seem to care. We actually found a bus on our own - no thanks to any of the staff. Very disappointed

  : The staff was very friendly and helped us book a horse riding trip which we really enjoyed. It was well located in Montepulciano in close proximity to the city centre and easily accessible.
  : They don't allow you to regulate the temperature in your room. On our first night we had Aircon and the second night they had changed it to heating and we could not set the heating to cooler or switch it off and we were boiling in the room which meant we hardly slept. Added to that the room only had a door to the balcony and no window, so we could not even open a window to sleep with, because so much noise came in through the door when it was open. The blind outside on the balcony had a component missing which meant we couldn't drop the blind to keep light out and the curtain was slightly broken and could not close completely either.
