: Beautiful location with wonderful views. Conveniently located near Montepulciano in a peaceful, rural setting. The owners were very nice and gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard as a welcome gift.
: The beds were VERY uncomfortable, especially the 2 twin beds. Also, the lights in the yard outside the main bedroom window were very bright and made it difficult to sleep. With no air conditioning, we needed the window open. A fan was listed as an amenity, but there wasn't one. A fan would have been nice. If it weren't for these negatives, we would have given a higher rating. You want to be well rested when visiting Italy, and the nights spent here were the worst of our 3 week trip. Better beds, and it's a winner!

: Agriturismo Pescaia was lovely. Sabrina was very responsive and kind. The home is decorated tastefully and was extremely clean. Sabrina had coffee, milk, water, olive oil that her family produces,and some biscuits and jam for us to enjoy.
: This is not a dislike just a note-You cannot control the thermostat/heat but Sabrina adjusted it for us when we asked. You can also turn off the radiators in the room if you need to.

: Sabrina & Serena are the loveliest Hostesses & very friendlyBeautiful views over vineyards & an amazing view of the Montepulciano Town & Tempio di San Biagio
: I have stayed at Agriturismo Pescaia back in 2016 & again on this visit as it is a beautiful placeThere was some construction work in progress this visit , quite noisy & disturbed the ambiance
