  : We had a lovely room, the pool and grounds were delightful, and the breakfasts were great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect to visit nearby tourist attractions, such as Venice or Mantua. I forgot my wallet at the hotel, and it was returned to me by post, with all the content intact, including cash. I was most impressed with the staff and service in general. I would highly recommend this hotel!

  : The hotel is very well kept and the rooms (executive suite) are spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the mountains as well which made it beautiful to wake up to. The swimming pools are really nice and it is a relaxing space. Exceptional was the staff (the woman from the reception). I ended up getting sick a couple of days and the staff was so kind to offer roomservice for both breakfast and dinner, that really helped a lot. The food from the restaurant is sublime, for a good price you will get a 3/4 course dinner and everything is delicious. The breakfast is extensive with lots of choices.
  : The mattress on the beds were quite hard. We did not get a lot of information when checking in, for example how to book a massage, that a reservation for the restaurant was necessary, this would've been more useful.

  : This hotel has well-kept grounds and various swimming pools. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. I was pleased to have a bar by the pool.
  : I'll start with the room: ours was adjacent to another and we shared a door. We heard conversations, a working TV, a hair dryer and the snoring of our neighbors. It was impossible to sleep at night, and the noise did not stop during the day. Also, our windows faced the road and because of this we could not open the windows for ventilation because of the noise.The bathroom is quite old, there is no curtain in the bathroom, but there is a plastic chair. Well. It is difficult to adjust the required temperature due to old and rickety water taps.Breakfast deserves special attention: the best of it were fresh cucumbers and canned peaches. The bread is hard, the coffee splits into two fractions almost immediately after pouring into the cup and tastes like burnt liquid, the sausages are dry and oversalted, the eggs are overcooked and are already a hard omelette. Croissant and chocolate chip cake can be tapped with a spoon with a loud sound. Orange juice is bitter and not refreshing.We were offered to change the room at the reception, but we refused and left a day early, regardless of the payment. Even if we got enough sleep, I don't want to start another day with such a "breakfast" and a "shower"

  : The pool, spa and recreational facilities in this hotel were great! Lovely choice of cold or warm pool and I used the free bikes one afternoon which were very nice. The breakfast is fully stocked with lots of delicious arrays of food and the hotel has a modern feel to it.
  : The one thing that would stop me from coming back here is the fact that in most areas of the hotel ( as well as in the room I stayed in) there was little to mostly no WiFi OR 3G signal. I did ask reception about whether or not there was a room with better WiFi but the answer I received was some parts of the hotel has good WiFi and some of it is bad. Under normal circumstances I think I would have been ok but honestly I was travelling alone and the fact that I had barely any access to WiFi was very worrying. I also think if youre going to advertise that you have WiFi it sort of has to be working???? Otherwise you may as well not have it!!!

  : The place was amazing, reminded us of staying in Singapore rather than Italy, with the palm trees out front and the green lawns around. The reception staff were friendly, as were the staff everywhere else. The pools were warm and warmer, not crowded, with various options to pummell tired shoulders after a long drive - lovely. The garden with the sun loungers was quite attractive to walk through and again not too crowded, all well arranged. It was a Saturday and on Saturdays they have a welcome drink and accompanying food prior to dinner. This was a big surprise. We thought it would be just a drink then go into dinner but no, there were trays of "finger" food and choices of sparkling wine, Aperol or a non alcoholic option. All free and as much as you like. Then came dinner, we had opted to include dinner, it was a choice of 4 options for each of the 2 courses and then dessert. After the welcome drink we all waited to go into the dining room. The food was good and plenty of it, we had a wonderful girl/lady looking after us called Francesca. Breakfast was very good.
  : Our room was at the front of the hotel immediately over the bar area and after dinner there was music in the piano bar which was quite loud and went on quite late. Not the best location for a room if you want an early night. The Aircon didn't seem to make much difference to the temperature in the room so it was not an option not to open the window but the music didn't help the peace even if the open window helped them temperature.
