  : Beautiful farm in the countryside just outside Bologna. We just stayed there for a night as we had an early flight. It's a 20 minutes drive to the airport (depending on the traffic) and a good option if you have a car and you're looking for a solution that is not an overpriced anonymous sad airport hotel. We stayed in a detached building, 1 km far from the main building/restaurant. The rooms are cozy and provided with all toiletries. The view from the main building is stunning.

  : Nice quiet place. Free coffe, clean room.
  : The road to house is terrible. You need to drive 700 meters on dust road, if you have sports car with low profile tyres its a problem. I was scared not to cut the tyres.

  : It was a perfect place for a weekend escape. Unfortunately we were there just for one night, but sure to return for another time and explore . The view was amazing. The rooms were big, comfortable and liked the style of the furnitures.

  : The location was beautiful and the staff was kind.
  : The noise from the apartment above was very loud. There isnt much sound barrier at all between the apartments.

  : Location good if you want to discover the region. Nearby Bologna. The room was very clean. Good value for money and the scenery if very beautiful.
  : Check in very rushed. The property is also a pony/horse club, and on Sunday many people came to ride the horses. This in itself is not an issue, but as everyone in the stables next to the property made a lot of noise, we were awoken very early in the morning on Sunday. People (other guests) were shouting in the corridors. Due to the thin walls that was not great. Swimming pool was closed in October, would have been nice to have been informed of this. This place is perfect if you ride horses.

  : We loved the location with a beautiful view from the hills. We also loved the swimming pool area which was excellent and the rooms which were nicely furnished with beautiful old wooden items. The place had a rustic, cosy feeling to it.
  : Being an agriturismo, , we were expecting to meet the owners. Instead we only met a very lovely member of staff who showed us the rooms at our arrival and who we never met again. The feeling of the place was a little soulless and slightly unwelcoming for us guests, despite the place is also a very active school for horse riding and a winery. The rooms had no outdoor area and guests really didn't have access to any outdoor space except for the swimming pool are. Therefore, we had to eat in the rooms despite the heat. We were also disappointed by the very basic kitchen facilities: the fridge was really little and quite warm; the cooking area was a hot plate and there was no Italian coffee machine... In order to cook in the rooms, we would have had to buy absolutely all essentials; the result was that we ended up going out for dinner every evening.
