: Fantastic location just above the Abbey of San Antimo, 15 minutes from Montalcino. Very friendly owners, good restaurant and excellent breakfast.
: Nothing really. The bedroom dcor is a bit dated and the rear bathroom shower cubicle is showing its age, but everything works and the room was comfortable.

: Room was nice, staff were nice. Breakfast was lovely.
: The wifi didn't work the whole time we were there and very little signal due to the hills.The 'walk in shower' was not - it was a hand held over the bath with no shower curtain. When showering you soaked the floor and made it slippy.The doors were all really loud and there was no noise dampening.Our room was opposite a very noisy bar - the b n b was empty - we could have been put in a room far from the noise but were not given his option.With our limited Italian and no WiFi to get translation help, we couldn't ask to change rooms and were kept up til 1am every night.

: The property is located in a stunning little village surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, wineries and a spectacular Abbey that is steeped in history. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owners and their sons were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming that wed definitely love to come back! The food in the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy! The room had a great view and was super comfortable.
: The only small thing we didnt like was that the bathroom needed a little TLC as it probably hasnt been renovated in a long time. It didnt impact our stay as we loved being there, but it could do with a little revamp to make it a bit more useable.
