  : Location is great, room in the back of the house, very quiet night.
  : Not really a B&B, breakfast is outsourced. Usually to the caf opposite of the rooms but when we stayed over, to a different caf that wasnt used to handling a proper breakfast. Weve informed the owner of the B&B and it shouldnt happen anymore.

  : there was not breakfast. the view was exceptional from our room and deck. the owner is very nice and has a wonderful Enoteca around the corner with excellent wines from many vintages of her family's winery as well as a good variety of cheeses & charcuterie and wines of other properties. i really enjoyed being able to drink vintages with 8 to 11 years of bottle age. the owner also supplied parking for only 4 euros a day though there were a limited # of spaces. there are also 3 parking lots where you can leave your car. you really don't need to drive as the location is so central.
  : an elevator! to get the fabulous view you have to walk up almost 50 stairs to get to our room with the best view. i would do it again as the extra exercise is always a good idea. i just will travel lighter next time. the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter but this is only a minor flaw.

  : very comfortable and we had the room with the terrace. outstanding views even with the weather. our host could not have been any more helpful and just a wonderful person. loved talking with her.

  : Great location in the heart of Montalcino. Big, nicely decorated room. We arrived by bike and were allowed to store them in a store under the B&B
  : No socket that works with 2 pin plugs (Type F) so we had to use the USB on the TV instead
