  : The shower was ok
  : We upgraded to a room with a terrace which we didnt use, on top of a very a noisy road so the upgrade was a waste of money! I needed to open the window at night due to the overwhelming chemicals in the air-freshener aroma which permeated throughout the entire hotel, couldnt sleep with the window open because the noise from the road continues until 1:00 am. The bed sheets felt like burlap and the pillows were like a rock, there was a cost for clean towels for the second day. They tricked us into thinking that there was a pool which is false advertising, it was a small jacuzzi that only two people could fit, and the water wasnt very clean, after I sat in it I noticed a piece of toilet paper in the water and got out immediately. The owner was not accommodating and he was rude. The parking was 20 euros a night and was not near hotel.

  : The location was great, and owners were lovely, very kind, and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room or the roof terrace at a time of your chosing. Jacuzzi on roof overlooking the beach is a nice surprise. There is no balcony in our room, but the other ones have balconies. Room cleaned every day. Really good pizza served in the restaurant across the road that overlook the water. There's also a beach directly in front of accommodation (it's small enough) but around the corner to the right is another beach called Porto Rosso which is a bit bigger and IMO better - only a 2 minute walk. All in all, it's a nice place, and I generally would recommend it.
  : Bed wasn't very comfortable for the money paid. Have stayed in 4 different locations now while travelling around Puglia, and these were the worst nights sleep had. Jacuzzi water was filthy and out of action on the last day. Towels were supposed to be changed every second day, but they weren't for us, but it's ok we were only there 3 nights. They have a charge of 30 if you request towels to be changed between those times. City tax is paid upon check out, and they will only accept cash for this (unsure why as they have card facilities right there at reception). Not entirely sure if the cost matches what you get, but I did enjoy it.

  : The roof terrace is lovely, as long as you have enough time to enjoy it. We only did an overnight stay and took the simplest (back-facing) room for that reason. It was very comfortable. We negotiated to leave our luggage there next day while we explored Monopoli and for someone to be there at 17h00 to allow us to pick it up again. Motorbike parking on the street right outside the property.
  : The breakfast was meagre.

  : Location and very clean. Car spot was located nearby for 20 euros a day .
  : Room location on ground floor, near road.Beach across street obscured by cars parking in front of you. So no view. The bed and pillows were very hard and there was a flimsy bed spread.we used the bed cushions to sleep on instead of the pillows. There was no chair to put things on and the safe was in a very awkward place. could not hold a laptop or iPad

  : Breakfast; 2 crossants and cup of coffee, first time I had that experience Other wise, the roome was super clean!
  : We stayed 2 nights, they didnt change towels, their policy not to change towels, which is weird!

  : We stayed here for 4 days and felt it was good value. The location was excellent just across the street from a small beach which was ideal for swimming and sunbathing. There are good restaurants nearby also and there is a Carrefour express a few mins walk away. The facilities are wonderful and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. We were able to use the facilities for the day while waiting for our night flight which was ideal. We were provided beach towels on request which was appreciated. Breakfast of fresh fruit /croissants/rolls + selection of meat/cheese delivered to the balcony daily was a lovely treat.
  : We were asked to dispose of our own glass bottles ( 6 beer and 1 wine btl) and advised it was illegal to bring into apt. I think he was unhappy that we brought our own drinks instead of using the minibar. In truth the items were charged reasonably but my husband prefers IPA beer and I wanted to try a nice red wine ....Water was the only other thing we bought. We were not made aware of this previous one and didn't see it written anywhere. What I was most upset about was that when I asked where this can be done the owner shrugged his shoulders and didn't advise me. I found out later that same day that across the road the bags of rubbish and recycling from restaurants/bars were left for collection on path across from the apt and also on the beach a few feet away were bins that for recycling. He did apologise the next day for his action but I felt as a couple in our late 50's this issue should have been handled better. The only other complaint was the pillows are firm but mostly too deep. I slept with no pillow.
