  : I liked everything of my stay at this property. You have the feeling of being in historic building. Room style is beautiful elegant (but not luxury). The view both from rooms as wells as common areas is superb. Swimming pool with view is nicely built and fits the property style. Staff is very helpful, friendly and not invasive (sometimes you have the feeling there is nobody around which is also fine).
  : Probably the only problem of this property is that you can hear voices form other rooms which I think is due to the fact that the hotel was adapted in a historic building and the soundproofing system is not that good. I it's fine considering what you get for the price. Except for this, the property is actually very quiet and the common areas not crowded at all.

  : Wonderful commanding position with stunning views.
  : We stayed several nights in different rooms under different bookings (due to availability). Covered most issues in last review. In summary, staying in a hotel that has really no insulation against noise is just exhausting.

  : A really wonderful position up high on the village escarpment. Sensational views.
  : The lack of building insulation. Its as though the sound of the bathrooms of other rooms are piped in stereo. Ive never experienced so much toilet flushing sounds as we did over 3 days in two different rooms. The most prestigious suite being the worst for invasive sound. This might be bearable if the hotel guests were couples or families on holiday. Alas, the hotel seems to cater for large groups of cyclists, which is fine, but they seem to be on a mission to be up at crack of dawn crashing and banging about, then hammer the fabulous breakfast buffet en masse.
