Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 6 years old and over stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per set.

Kitchen must be left clean at check-out. Electricity is included up to 60 kW per week.

Please note that check-in after 23:00 comes at an extra cost of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
