: Wonderful view over lake Como! The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay for a family of 4. Small grocery store 2 min walk. Not many boats/ferries stop at Urio but Moltrasio is close enough (30 min walk if no car or bike).

: The veiw was beautiful. That's about it.
: They informedus that the ferry and bus was a 5 minute walk from the property. It was not. The distance from the ferry stop to the apartment was 800 meters, uphill, on stairs. Try getting there with 2 suitcases and an elderly mother. Not so a amazing. The apartment did NOT have working air conditioning even though there are air conditioning units in each room. There was no water pressure in the shower, it was more of a dribble from the cramped shower enclosure. We did not stay at this place at all. We left and got a hotel room in Como as the listing is deceptive vs what you're actually paying for. The property management staff were of no help to resolve any of these issues either. Would NOT recommend staying here.

: This property has the absolute best view of the lake and the terrace is somewhere you can spend the day watching ferries and sea planes cruise around the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge is comfortable. Highly recommend booking the parking which is right out front of the unit otherwise it is a bit of a gamble and walk to find free public parking. The booking staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.
: The property is very run down and in need of an overhaul. The main bed squeaks so badly when you roll over you wake the whole household. The sun umbrellas and awnings are either broken or work with difficulty. The garden furniture are either broken or in need of repair. The outdoor table had to be repaired whilst we were there as part of the middle had broken away and the rest of the table top is warped. Most of the mosquito screens are broken or will not close.

: Apartment provides very authentic Italy living experience. Apsolutely wonderfull terrace. Friendly neigbours and locals working in shops, restaurants etc.
: Sleeping beds were not great. Missing cofee/ tea.
