  : We loved this room! It's very on trend with 70s retro style furniture/decorations and very tastefully done. A great selection of books too. All the things we expected were there and the owner and partner extremely helpful in getting us there, seeing us into the room and delivering breakfast in the morning. It's a superb location in the heart of this bustling city and we'd be very happy to return. We only wished we'd had more time. Their communications were exemplary and clear. They speak good English and even humoured my broken Italian! We ended up parking some 300m away but a pass from the owner allowed us to park there at no charge. Access really has to be on foot as it's in a car free zone, although it might be possible to drop things off a little closer through some narrow streets full of people. Not an issue for us at all.
  : Unfortunately there is currently scaffolding outside which spoils the view and meant we had our curtains closed more than we would otherwise but that will be gone soon. Unsurprisingly, as befits a city centre, there is noise from the lively adjoining restaurant with singing but it ceased promptly at 11pm. It wouldn't stop me from making it my first choice when we return to Modena.

  : The antique furniture looks nice, but broken. The bathroom is dirty, toilet seat is broken. The breakfast doesnt deserve the name breakfast. The most terrible thing is that the bed sheets were not washed and contains very dirty spots.

  : Central location is excellent and within walking distance of major sites. The property is safe, clean, and very unique in appointments and feel. Room(s) were spacious for me. The in room Italian style breakfast was a treat each morning! Alessio did a fabulous job as property host, meeting requests with a smile and excellent communication and service. I would definitely stay here in the future! (Plus - elevator which is wonderful with luggage!!!).
  : A bit noisy in my location: some loudness at night as the area is popular. Also, construction (hammering) during morning hours before I departed for the day. That is not unusual as there is renovation (many places) which is a good thing! No real view from window - but again, a small matter as Modena itself has outstanding views!

  : Really enjoyed staying in the room, comfortable and cheerful with useful things like a coffee machine - pods provided. We could see out to the piazza and only a short walk to a lovely fruit shop, cafe and city centre.
  : Would have liked a bit more for breakfast but having it brought to the room was great.
